This mornings Tzatziki. Delicious. Fresh dill and mint, greek yogurt. So good. Ive adapted my recipe a little, thanks to an old issue of Martha Stewart Living (I know, I know...) If you salt the cukes first in a colander while they drain and then press them lightly to drain the moisture out BEFORE you add the other ingredients, it really helps. I used Kosher Salt and a light dusting of Celery Salt for extra flavor. Youre welcome!
