This mornings amazing sermon on humility has inspired me to come clean with a story. Remember the other day, how I posted the saga about the rheumatologist office telling me to come on the wrong date at the wrong time to the wrong office? They were so brusque to me when I arrived. I was really angry and very frustrated that they had given me the wrong information. Jump ahead by several days. Yesterday I was cleaning up the kitchen and I stumbled across a piece of paper with a bunch of notes scribbled on it. The information about my doctors appointment was written down. Want to guess what it said? I am so humiliated to say that they were right on every count and I was wrong on every count. If I had read the piece of paper before going into their office I wouldve known that I had the wrong date and the wrong time. As for the wrong location… That, too was my fault. This whole thing has been a humbling experience, trust me. I owe that doctors office an apology as well as my Facebook friends, who all got riled up on my behalf. Forgive me???
