This mornings little funny - Most of you know my dog Bailey is mostly blind now...shes 14...but you gotta love this girl. She doesnt let her blindness stop her from doing the funniest things. The other day -she found her way to the road from the back yard - potty break - and once she hit the pavement, knowing I was walking with her (to guide her) she took off running like the wind!! I actually had a hard time catching up with her just to grab her up. I mean really...who else has to chase a blind dog?? This morning......I was feeding her...and when I picked up her bowl to mix her food - she stuck her head down in the hole of the raised feeder....and looked all around that hole for her bowl....then.....she looked up at ME like, What the hell....is this some kind of cruel joke - messing with a blind dog? And I actually answered her non verbal question by saying,Yep, this is payback for making me chase you the other day. Pbbfftt!!! Yep, this is my life.... Mornin!!!
