This mornings transfer rumours have two players heading out and at last strong rumours of a centre back coming in. Tom Carroll is rumoured to be off to Derby for the season on loan , Iago Falque is expected to sign for Genoa and off on a permanent deal and Eric Dier is rumoured to be about to sign from Sporting Lisbon. Of course it could all be gibberish dreamed up and added to the mountain of low quality stories that appear every day but all they seem less fanciful than most. Eric Dier is an England Under 21 centre back who has been playing his football in Portugal for Sporting Lisbon. He is rumoured to be available for about £4million - I dont know enough about him to comment other than it seems like a good signing from the information available If you dont know him - here is an interview he did last autumn - he seems like he has his head screwed on ok .
