This mother overcame incredible circumstances to breastfeed her baby, who was born without a nose. You may need the tissues for this one! I wasnt able to feed her. A baby needs two airways to breastfeed. The cruelty of that cut me like a knife. I was a breastfeeding advocate, activist even....Breastfeeding was a huge part of my life and here I was with a baby I couldnt feed. It felt like the cruelest joke, it was hard to believe.
