This motivates me to find Noel and bring her back to be rehabilitated. Shame on those who think her life is not worthy of a small sacrifice of our time. In the context of our lives, helping Noel is a simple blink and SHE IS WORTH IT TOO! She is lost without her pack, slowly starving to death, and scared beyond reason. Please PRAY for me to find her again and to get the help I desperately need to capture her! Her last sighting was 8/10 at Highway T and Highway TT intersection.
