This needs to be said: Xfit is NOT a sport. At best, it’s training for other, real sports. At worst, its a guise for those who simply want to try to hook up with a hotty (male or female). Any activity that you do with your shirt off (males), or barely clothed (females), is not a sport. It’s vanity, and insecurity run wild. And the best part (if youre smart enough to market products and services to these admitted kook-Aid drinkers?), they PAY to watch other people work out, of course, while almost naked. Unbelievable, but then again, totally believable. :)
