This new program is very near and dear to me: The Camp Rhino - TopicsExpress

This new program is very near and dear to me: The Camp Rhino Biggest Loser program is tailored for those who have at least 75 pounds to lose and need the support and motivation from someone who has DONE IT! We have teamed up with NBC’s The Biggest Loser’s very own Sarah Nitta, who while on the show fought hard to lose weight in hopes of becoming healthy enough to have a baby. Sarah lost over 100 pounds training with Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper and gained an entirely new perspective on life and fitness. After the show and several unsuccessful years of trying for a baby Sarah and her husband were chosen to adopt a baby girl. Two weeks later Sarah found out that she was also expecting and now they have two beautiful daughters! Although her dreams of becoming a mom have come true, Sarah has found herself battling her weight once again and has chosen to lose it this time along side of YOU! “The Biggest Loser ranch is a secluded bubble and it’s unrealistic.” Sarah says. “Of course people lose weight faster on the ranch because there is literally nothing else to focus on! There is no internet, television, Facebook, cell phones, family, etc. and that makes it a whole lot easier. But what about those of us that have busy lives, families, and jobs that keep us from exercising 8 hours a day? I want to show people that it CAN be done with busy schedules and lives, and that winning a spot on a weight-loss show is not their only option. I soaked up everything I possibly could from world-class trainers and I want to share that! There is more to losing weight than signing up at a gym and getting on a treadmill. There needs to be camaraderie, accountability, and someone to push your limits and be there to hug you when you break past them, and Camp Rhino Biggest Loser has that.” Sarah is a special motivator and the reason I wanted to team up with her is because my heart aches for every person who has ever signed up for my fitness program, attended once and never returned because they felt they couldn’t keep up, it was too hard, or worst of all that they didn’t belong. Sarah recently started going to a Boot Camp Las Vegas class and said that if she hadn’t experienced all that she has she wouldn’t have gone back to the class either for all those same reasons. That breaks my heart because the truth is you DO belong, you CAN do it, you DO deserve this, and you are WORTH IT!!! At Camp Rhino Biggest Loser you will become part of a supportive team that truly understand the struggles of being overweight and will work along side you as you change your lives together. camprhino/camp-rhino-biggest-loser-program/
