This old man was spotted plucking the feathers out of the poor pigeon and allegedly eat the feathers at York hill block 12 by a friend. As he couldnt stay I went down to check the situation out myself. The outcome was horrific. The pigeon was so badly pluck it looked like a spring chicken. It couldnt even fly anymore due to no more feathers on the wings..the tail werent spared either. The pigeon is being picked up by ACRES. I asked around that area and no one recognises this man. If anyone have any info regarding this man, please contact ACRES. He might be mentally unsound or something, i dont know but this definitely has to stop. Who knows next he might move on to cats or dogs.
