This one is just a quick few exercises you can do before or after a workout to get that core to start firing to brace the rest of the body. 4 rounds no stopping -Fit ball crunches x15-25 reps Curl up in the crunches but remember to keep breathing the whole time! -Smith machine push ups x15-25 reps Keep the back straight, dont let those hips sag forward (you can adjust bar height up or down to make push ups easier or harder too) Take a minute now to grab a drink of water before starting the next exercise. 4 rounds no stopping again -Lying single leg extensions x20-30 Slowly lengthen each leg under control nice and straight while keeping feet off the ground and core tight. -Glute bridge raises x20-30 Bring those hips up towards the ceiling by squeezing the glutes to straighten the back and feel the contraction in the hamstrings before lowering back down for each rep.
