Their is a Inter State Migrant Act thats been as act for years but the question is that had been implemented. Second the Safety Act do the government really implement the act ?. Third the quality of materials used these days in Construction do they really follow the structural design given by the Architect ? If 12 mm rod is to be used the builders mix that that with 10 mm and 12 mm to minimize the cost. People buy flats having Faith and Belief that builder could have used quality materials. But Greed of the builder has landed him in jail and loss of human life. Government henceforth be very strict in clearing the project with no humane interventions. Implement the Safety Act fullest.
