Someone should walk-in and STOP all of their Computers wherever they are, and any other programs in other computers elsewhere... ANY & ALL transactions made by or requested by the IRS should be STOPPED! ALL work MUST also be STOPPED immediately...!! Basically, PULL THE PLUG on the IRS!! NOTHING MORE Happens with or AT the IRS until given approval of CONGRESS to do so!! ALL Hiring of new employees is STOPPED! Firing of Employees will be kept in process and be ready for MORE ACTION! ALL Overtime, authorized or NOT, is CANCELLED! ALL Bonuses, authorized or NOT, are CANCELLED! Priorities & Actions of Jobs to be started, once reviewed to be OK: 1. Receive Tax payments, handle the associated accounting, & get the Money into the Bank. (into the General Fund) (so it can be wasted by Congress). 2. Handle support problems allowing people to pay their taxes without any problems. 3. Allow their payroll system to continue to pay the employees. (NO Overtime, Advances, nor Bonuses ALLOWED). 4. AUDIT all scheduled Refunds to be paid... Stop all checks leaving the country... Check ALL Soc.Sec. numbers (including Dependents) for validity... Sort ALL records by Address so they can be checked for duplicates. 5. Flag ALL records having more than TWO records for the same address... to be further audited for accuracy and validity. 6. Check to be sure that Dependents are only used ONCE; not multiple times. 7. STOP ANY further Refunds UNTIL audited and deemed to be OK. If an illegal alien has worked here and have had taxes withheld, those taxes are NOT REFUNDABLE because their earnings were illegal. 8. Review ALL Bonuses that are scheduled and find out: a. Who Authorized the Bonus, for what Reason, and the Amount. If the person is just passing the bonus information on from their superior, go to the Superior checking backwards until THE Person who Generated the Bonuses & Amounts in the First place. Ask That person if they were asked / requested to pay such bonuses. Find who it was... taking it as far back as it takes to find the START! That person, whoever they are, should be immediately SUSPENDED without pay, until cleared by Congress. 9. Permanently STOP ALL Violators and turn them over to the Law for arrest, prosecution, and jail / prison. 10. SET FIRM Guidelines as to what is required to the jobs properly and enforce them! 11. After everyone has been Fired that need to be, determine if their jobs are really needed and find replacements... trained, if required. 12. BETTER YET, while it has been basically SHUT DOWN, leave it shut down... Do away with it... and get setup to handle a Simple Flat Tax that would NOT require ANY of their services... LET THE BUNCH GO... They are History... OUTTA Here! 13. Then, watch the Unemployment figures go UP!
