Known for their kick and sharper profiling a lot of commercial roasters use robusta to bulk their blends and bring down costs, we have chosen to display a robusta out of curiosity and to see if treated right what they are capable of as we choose to only stock specialty grade beans with a score of 80 + on a 100 point scale this robusta just scrapped in with a score of 80.25 In store mid week....
