This page is starting to discourage me. I am a beginner for sure. When I first started, I was happy to see that so many people here were willing to help. I call myself a beginning blacksmith. I have a RR anvil and a 3lb hammer. I have been making small knives from wrenches and selling them. The money earned will go to a real anvil. We all cant start out with the best tools. I think if you work hard with the tools you have, strive for improvement, and stay positive, you are a professional. Right, wrong, or indifferent, I still call myself a beginner blacksmith.
