This past Friday. The day Teddy became sick. For a few hours Teddy seemed to be feeling much better. Almost as if his upset tummy was subsiding. I wanted to take him on a walk because I had a deep gut feeling it may be the last one. He loved to go riding in the car/truck and walking up at the school yard. So instead of trying to walk a half mile down the road, like we had so many times in the past, I drove us down the end of our road and took Teddy on a short walk. He was so happy. When I felt it was time to go, about 20 minutes later, Teddy wanted to walk home. He kept trying to pull me in that direction. I ended up picking him up and placing him in the truck. Im so happy I got one last walk with him in the sunshine. You can see on his face how happy he was. Such a little trooper!
