This past week has been a mix of emotions for me. Great sadness and grief but also awe and wonder. I have doubted God and found strength in others faith in Him. I have watched Him hold up my young sister in law, Debra Bjella Heck-Anderson, as she faced the tragedy of losing her husband yet again ...and do it with grace and faith. I witnessed her family and friends support her and a community come together to show her how much Sean was loved. I watched my niece, Taylor Payge Heck, show me how well her mom and Sean had done in raising her. She is on her way to becoming an amazing woman because of them. Thank you Sean for being in her life and doing what her own father could not. He, Im sure, is thanking you in Heaven at this very moment for all you did for his and your families! Thank you to my family and friends who answered my questions when I couldnt even fathom that a God in Heaven was letting this happen again and for the prayers of everyone. I am honored to have witnessed the faith and love that surrounded Deb,Taylor and Morgan and remain so glad that they still call me a part of this wonderful group...especially Nana....who totally rocks and has the faith that could move a mountain if needed!
