This past week the ACSP spent time in Paron Valley. Two climbers made it up to the glacier on Artesonraju to collect snow samples. Water quality research and insect collection also progressed forward. With many of our climbers sick and one with a fractured ankle, were hoping for a safe and healthy trip to Llaca Valley, especially to those who will be climbing Vallunaraju.
