This past week was the American Chesapeake Club National Specialty - TopicsExpress

This past week was the American Chesapeake Club National Specialty show. For those that dont know what that is...it is a show (conformation, tracking, obedience, agility, and rally) that is ONLY for Chesapeakes (exception being in tracking and agility). There are HUNDREDS of Chessies there, it is a sight to behold! I had hoped to attend as it was in Pensylvania, but life got in the way and prevented me for being able to attend. While *I* did not get to go, Whiskey Creek was represented there with three dogs... Recce CAA, RN (better known as The Wrecker Man)- a Freezer x Brier son owned by Mel (May Day here in Facebook land!). He earned a qualifying leg in Beginner Novice Obedience and placed in his class in conformation! HRCH Parker RN, MH- a Walker x Candy daughter owned by Susan Dorsey. Parker ran in the WDQ (highest level of working dog stakes- the equivalent to a Master Hunter pass) and was one of VERY FEW dogs to pass and earn her WDQ award! And Indy JH- a Freezer x Brier daughter owned by Shelia Divacarro ran in the Working dog stakes (I dont know if she passed or not. Indy is just coming back from having a litter of puppies and has not been in training for several weeks). Ive got eyes EVERYWHERE! And my eyes tell me GREAT things about you ladies and your Whiskey Creek dogs! THANK YOU for representing Whiskey Creek and putting yourselves out there!
