This past weekend my nephew Shai celebrated his Bar Mitzvah. In the Jewish tradition, when a boy becomes 13 he is transformed from a boy to a man. What does that mean? It means it is the time in life when we are introduced to the true meaning of taking responsibility and living a life of integrity. It is when we are told: your life is your unique gift, the way you shine, no one else can, go out of your childhood and start generating the type if light that only you could. I am so proud of you Shai, your light is beautiful, may your light shine from strength to strength! Mazal Tov!
