This past weekend, the community lost a great man in Brynt McSwain. They say that when a man has someone to love, a house to call home and something to aspire towards, that he is in perfect balance. Just last week, I remember watching Brynt tear around Champion Lakes in his comeback, Katey right behind him and his dreams set out before him in life, work and sport. I watched with a sense of respect, admiration and pride at the man he had become. No words can express the sadness at his loss, nor the impact he leaves on all that he touched. There was a majestic balance in Brynt and his impact was one of a great man and an even greater role model for a life well lived. Sincere condolences, thoughts and prayers for Katey and the McSwain family at this difficult time.
