This past weekend you may have noticed that we had our preschool and nursery age kids over in the student building due to air conditioning issues. Here is the situation. Our 30 year old air conditioners have finally done all they can do. Over the past few years we have tried to put band-aids on them to keep them going another year but the time has come to replace them. The elders and finance team are looking at some options, but it goes without saying that this is going to be a VERY large expense. An expense that we do not have cash on hand for. At Kairos, we are family; and sometimes the family has big challenges in front of it. We want to let you know of this need so that you can a.) pray that we make a wise decision and that we are able to secure the funds needed. b.) pray about any extra giving you may want to do to help offset these costs. c.) simply be aware of a family matter that affects all of us. We are not sure yet of the timeline for getting these units in, so please be patient with us as we try our best to make things flow smoothly. Thank you everyone.
