This patient developed proptosis with downward dystopia for last 2 years. He visited to a number of ophthalmologists from the very beginning of his symptoms. Most of them treated him with systemic steroid and topical lubrication. No one advised him for surgery. As the tumor grew larger, he developed exposure keratopathy and ultimately lost his vision. Finally, he was operated and a large orbital tumor of around 3x3 cm size was excised. Hope this pictures would encourage our general ophthalmologists for early and appropriate referral.
