This petition claims that members of the US government benefit from illegal narcotics smuggling because America finances drug dealers in the context of strengthening its national security. In the court of law, drug smuggling is illegal and anyone guilty of committing this crime is subject to civil forfeiture. We are demanding equality in the judicial system. The civil forfeiture laws that apply to everyday citizens should apply to the C.I.A. and the executive branch.
