This photo was captured during light rainfall here in BC canada on July 23 2014 at 8:10 PM. What is seen within the photo is due to the contamination of nuclear pollution, otherwise it is called nuclear fallout! The white teardrop objects are visible artifacts produced from the presence of plutonium witin the rainfall. The photo is non-edited and is in its normal state. Plutonium is a highly unique element due to its technical properties. However there are four elements with similar properties in total. The other three are Curium Z=96, Berkelium Z=97, and Californium Z=98 and including Plutonium Z=94 totaling four elements. This technical information can be found within the CRC handbook of Chemistry and Physics under the Line Spectra of the Elements. Due to the line spectra of these four highly unique elements mentioned, all have line spectra wavelengths that equal 10,000 throughout for both neutral and singly ionized states. In short this would amount to as described below. The sun produces many wavelengths of colors within its many spectrums called the solar spectrum. This light on earth appears to an observer as white to our eyes and or a camera regardless that there also is blue, red, green (etc, all colors/frequencies) that are also present within the light that the sun emits. Since all line spectra of the four elements of concern are at 10,000 even throughout, therefore the camera will see this as bright white. If an element has primary line spectra intensities ranging within from 10 into the hundreds throughout and a few within the green wavelengths ranging from 10,000 up to 50,000 as an example, a camera will primarily see/display the element as green when photographed. This would be for the fact that the intensity of the green wavelengths primarily overpower the others that are also present ranging in intensities from 10 into the hundreds of other wavelengths/colors. Therefore due to the even line spectra intensities throughout the four elements of concern being @ 10,000 throughout all wavelengths/colors, this then will manifest on a photo as white just as the sun when photographed! Yes the sun has a yellow hue when directly observed due to sodium. Due to technical aspects that are well understood within nuclear reactor physics, plutonium would much more likely be present then Curium, Berkelium, and or Californium. However due to the circumstances concerning the 2011 Fukushima triple thermal reactor runaway conditions including the spent fuel pools that went dry that the governments keep secret from the public, it would not be surprising at all for Berkelium, Californium and or Curium to also be present within nuclear fallout during rain fog or snow conditions as we have well documented! For the fact that plutonium has roughly twice the amont of line spectra wavelengths (289) as compared to the other three (about 150), therefore technically speaking, plutonium photographs the brightest of the four unique elements of concern! Otherwise said, plutonium photographs brighter then any othe elements due to plutoniums highly unique properties! Berkelium, Californium and Curium along with other elements (transuranic) not mentioned here would also be present within our breathing atmosphere due to nutron capture/absorption! It is a well-known scientific fact that nuclear fallout concentrates in rain, snow and or fog! Even on dry summer days, nuclear fallout is always present within our breathing atmosphere as has been well documented since 2013 to the present moment. Private NGO research laboratory BC canada.
