This picture is so powerful it makes me sad! Instead of continually posting perfect pictures of yourself or others think twice about the effect it has on others. Its great to show progress and its great to motivate others, but be mindful of how you go about it. Dont brag....its ugly. For some its a huge battle, physically and psychologically. Everyone is beautiful in their own skin and sometimes its nice to tell people that. Eating disorders arent just female exclusive either, our male counterparts struggle too, Ive had first hand experience if this, its scary. Show the love everyone and be comfortable with who you are. If you want to change, seek the right help, sometimes you just have to meet the right person. Big Sunday hugs to you all xxxxx
