No, he wasn’t a Marine but one brave American warrior just the same. WWII Spitfire PILOT Just watch the expression on the pilot’s face as he watches himself crash-land. We owe a BIG thank you to men like him. He was an 18 year old American recon. pilot, all alone, behind enemy lines, no guns, no escort protection. And he gladly did it. They just dont make them like that anymore. It was truly the greatest generation. We owe them so much..........
