This police officer, Daniel Pantaleo, is out of control and should be on trial. What he did to Eric Garner is horrifying to watch. This is second degree murder or manslaughter, a jury should decide. Eric Garner was not a threat, he did not try to attack the police. In fact he was attacked by the police! He made no attempt to commit violence against the police when they did attack him! He had no weapon. He had committed no violent crime. He was not threatening the safety, life or property of anyone. In fact he begged for his life...he begged Daniel Pantaleo to stop choking him saying I cant breathe which was ignored. This is the opposite of the Michael Brown case. The two are night and day. But neither case justifies more race baiting, further attacks, riots, inciting riots, assaults, arson, vandalism or looting.
