This poor animal has been incarcerated at BCAC for 10 months - sentenced to death - kept in the back in the cold in a cage for 10 months - see the sores on her feet? Thats from wet filthy floors and extreme stress. Has the new shelter vet seen this suffering animal? Her owner is being charged for boarding and vet bills while her dog dies from neglect.
