This post comes from a sister who wishes to remain anonymous Salm post anon. I married a man who is too extreme. My kids from my 1st marriage dont like him because he is very hard on them. We got no furniture in the house. Our beds are on the floor we eat on the floor and even our front room only has scattered pillows to sit on. My kitchen is at least fully equipped but who lives like this these days? He told me that he is a simple man but I had no idea how simple he meant. His other house is also the same we dont even have television the kids have nothing to occupied them. He gave all their clothes away that has faces on and replaced it with plain clothes. I all not allowed to by clothes with prints not even Disney. I wanted a pious man but this is too extreme. I dont know how his 1st wife holds out but a hard life is not a simple life there is a difference isnt?
