This post is a little long... Ive just read an article titled The 3 Ways Doomsday Preppers Will Die. The three ways presented are 1. Nothing happens, you die. 2. Something happens, you die. 3. Something happens, you survive (until you die), and basically tells us that prepping is a waste of time. Well, just hold on a minute. Here in West Virginia, we had the derecho in 2012 and the water crisis, A.K.A. Somebody poisoned the waterhole!, this year. Having prepared, my family and I were able to experience the benefits of prepping without the coming of the end of the world: -There was no panic in my household -There was no opportunity for any of us to get into a fight at the store because we werent there -Life continued with a small amount of inconvenience -We were safe and secure during both ordeals. Prepping is not about being the last man standing. Its about the best possible outcome in the situation.
