This post is for all my Facebook Friends and anybody else that should read it: I bought all new Magtag appliances less than 2 years ago, and didn’t mind paying a LOT of money for them because I thought they were top quality and would last well into my retirement!! Well as it turns out the front loading washing machine is broke down with FAILED DRUM BEARING and found out that it cost more to have it repaired than to buy another new one. Factory bearing are no longer available, evidently this is a VERY COMMON problem!! Well they got me this time, but I will NEVER EVER recommend or buy another Magtag product. How disappointed I am of a Company that used to have a really good reputation (no more lonely Magtag repairmen). All they had to do is upgrade the load bearing with a roller bearing, instead of putting in cheap ball bearing!! Ended up having to buy parts off of ebay, and I plan on fixing it myself, its all apart, waiting for parts, and hoping I can get this thing back together! Wish me luck, I’m going to need it, in order to get to the bearing, I had to completely dismantle it. :-( DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY, EVERYTHING THAT YOU BUY TODAY, DO RESEARCH ON FORUM’S AND TALK TO PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN THERE.
