This post is more geared towards the Evans City Hallo-weekends. I inquired to see if there was a pet costume event planned and they said not yet and asked if I would like to organize an event for it. I would love to but, the only day I could make available would be Sunday the 12th. Would this take away from the Living Dead Festival events happening on this day? Im going to ask that the entrants donate a non perishable food item for the Butler County Humane society if I make this happen.
