This prison inmate has secured the first rank in all the colleges under Mahatma Gandhi Open University for Community Colleges... for his performance. He has earned a Diploma in DTP/Comp. Hardware Processing... Congratulations! There are two others who have also secured second and third prize. The Addl. DG of Prisons initiative to convert Prison Premise as a learning centre is coming true. Thanks to him and his team. We (Community College) are glad that we are also part of this enlightening process
