This project would fall apart if the moves werent on point, so Im pleased to confirm that ALL of Wrestling Revolutions functionality has survived the transition to 3D - and then some! I have to work harder to achieve the same results, but its worth it to be able to enter or exit a move animation at any juncture. It improves every aspect of them - from the way theyre turned to the way they fall apart (or throw to the outside as the case may be!). My ability to tweek the animations has resulted in dedicated new running grapples (notice how those get to the point more quickly) and even FLYING grapples (which will be great for triggering those moves on purpose instead of by accident). Mid-air counters are already possible, and counters of every other kind will follow once there is more than one move. I just started with the hurricanranna because Wrestling Revolution proved how useful that motion can be. This was a make or break moment in the projects development, and Im relieved to be pressing ahead with some good mechanics in place.
