This proposed development contravenes Council & National Planning Policies. The size of houses is out of proportion to the size of the plot and together with the design and proximity to neighbouring houses are out of character to whole neighbourhood and conservation area. This will have a major impact on the seclusion/security currently enjoyed by all existing properties in the immediate area. There will be an inevitable increase in noise, light and vehicular pollution. The proposal ignores the subsequent parking and access requirements - each house up to 4 cars plus visitors, deliveries, refuse etc all using a single lane access and hidden junction. There will be a further loss of trees and wildlife corridor to add to the recent unauthorised tree felling and clearance already done. The security of all neighbouring houses and beyond will be compromised.
