This publisher will always hit my community and meet the people, hug the babies, push my books in the streets, out the back of my trunk and in the indie bookstores. Although our books are in distribution nationwide, I want my supporters to know me. Know I appreciate them, their support and that I am a real person that works hard to fulfill my dreams. I inspire to give the next sister and brother hope through my actions. My supporters feel my energy when they meet me in person. I dreamnt of the day of owning my own business and being independent like small business owners in other fields. I’ll be damned if I allow Amazon or any other online distributor to have complete control over that in which I sweat and work hard for.
