This race presented me with a conundrum this morning but, I solved it. I gave solid reasons why my top rated probably wouldnt win, nailed my dutch, got my 80 off the third placed horse and a profit has been banked AYR 3-00 CLASSY ANNE....+9 - 2ND 5/2 * - SAXONETTE....+7 - 3RD 4/1 * - FINDOG....+3 § - ROCK CANYON....-8 - NR T* - FREDERICKA....-10 - WON 5/1 T* - WICKED WILMA....-10 § - FIFE JO....-16 * - FOL HOLLOW....-16 - NR BALTIC SPIRIT....-24 § - CHLOES DREAM....-31 T - BUSY BIMBO....-33 T§ - LORD BUFFHEAD....-34 - NR T§ - GREENBURY....-36 MY PLAY - Praise be!....a double figure field at Ayr! I thought theyd given up on these!! I will bet you a £ to a penny they hoped for 18 runners so they could split it. My top rated...in my opinion poorly drawn, never won on going this quick, form figures on anything faster than good to soft = 13/15, 7/13, 8/8, 5/6, 11/11, and 5/6....it cannot win...can it? Currently trades favourite....with all the hallmarks of a banker lay...except it tops my figures. Top rated players...you have most certainly be warned...but good luck if you go in! This race looks messy from so many angles. Half the field comes from two stables (I hate it when that happens!). Ill work with those having the * icon because those having secured what i perceive as being a good draw...well, it looks wasted on them.
