This reminds me of a post I saw earlier today. Why why why do we idolize the Kardashians, Honey boo boo, A-Rod etc. etc? Why not admire the men and women who serve our country every day or teachers, firemen, police, the school bus drivers and the folks who pick up our trash? These are the people our kids should admire, but are overlooked or considered unimportant by too many people. All of these folks keep us safe, educated and clean but are looked upon as menial or lower class. And we wonder what is wrong with our country!
