This research allowance paade£ God should have mercy on Ghana. I do remember during my first degree when a senior lecturer gave as his hand written lecture notes compiled in 1963 to be copied in the 21st. century. I also do remember at the graduate school level when a lecturer was just photocopying some materials for us to study without him reading through the materials to test the efficacy of the materials if it meets the Ghanaian standard. Some lecturers are doing wonderfully well in terms of research,writings, and publications but some..........hmmmmmmmm. Sometime l try to find books written by Ghanaian to relate to issues pertaining in Ghana you will never find, you can move from one library to another, one shelf to another, from online to online you will never find one but the say they are researching into whatever is happening in Ghana. They deserve this research allowances ??????
