This screen always pops up and it says, Whats on your mind? Today is Sunday and Sunday school is whats on my mind. Do you know that conflicts can help us grow stronger if we solve them in a Christ like way? Do you know that conflicts happen most between your own Family and closest Friends? Todays lesson comes from Genesis 37 all the way to 50. It talks about Joseph and his coat of many colors, also him being his fathers favorite son. Most reading this post knows the story. Did you know that because of Joseph handling this family feud like he did, He became a powerful man in Egypt? He also forgave his brothers for what they had done to him. He used the grace of god to forgive, solve his conflict with his Brothers and reunite his family. You may ask How did he do this? His brothers sold him to slavery! He kept his faith with God! Through all the diversity that he went through, He was able to remain steadfast and faithful to God. If you face conflict in your life and dont know where to turn to, Here is a path that you may want to consider: 1. Be patient and remember that Gods timeline is often different from ours. (2 Peter 3:8) 2. Surround yourself with strong Christians. 3. Remember how God has worked through previous conflicts. 4. Be aware that Gods grace leads us to forgive others. 5. Be willing to extend forgiveness to others, trusting that God is at work.
