This second post is about MINDFULNESS...another form, aspect, of becoming aware in such a way that we can participate more fully in our own lives and the lives of others, as well as diminishing pain, lowering blood pressure, increasing attention, and innumerable other components of our health and wellness. I connect ECHOLOCATION and MINDFULNESS because by the videos Ive just posted, we can truly see and learn about how ECHOLOCATION is real and can truly, powerfully change lives. Of course, it has to be practices. Watching someone, or a group practice MINDFULNESS is a little closer to watching grass grow. :)) We cant see the changes taking place inside the body and the mind. However, the effectiveness of MINDFULNESS has been proven (evidence-based) over many years. Ill post a few videos about it in just a few moments. It must be learned, and practiced, though, just like ECHOLOCATION. And like ECHOLOCATION, it can change ones world, internally, and in relationship to the world around us. If you would be interested in learning more about MINDFULNESS and how it might benefit you, your students, family, pets, pain management and more,Id be so happy to talk with you.
