This seems like it has happened way too often over past few months, suddenly finding out about the loss of a friend. Each day has a finite number of hours, and we all get so busy with our own lives and we tend to take those lasting friendships for granted; that we will be able to say hello tomorrow, or that we will see each other soon. The truth is we just really dont know do we! To all my friends and family, just know that I think of my family daily, and ALL my friends often. Just because you may not hear from me doesnt mean You arent on my mind or in my heart. This friend and I had only recently reconnected after several years, but he had such an impact on me and my Air Force career. I know I told him this more than once, but great mentors dont come along that often, and George will forever be a great leader and friend. Friends and family, love you all.
