This serves to show that poverty in South Africa is artificial. The ANC is the architec of poverty among black people. That why the ANC is rolling out social grants to keep black endepted to it. The ANC is happy to keep our people poor and many people are depending on the government for survival. This help their election campaign. They are happy to play the caring card on our people. I think we all need to bring voter education to our people. W need to teach them that you cannot vote for a certain political party only because the gave you a blanket or a t-shirt.
