This shit is WAY OVER THE TOP. So this guy breaks a law or has to appear in court, right? Well, he is much smaller than both Officers to begin with. Next, he is CAUGHT FROM BEHIND IN A CHOKE HOLD AND TAKEN DOWN. The white cops are clearly physically capable of overpowering this smaller Black man...but the arrest seems to be a strategic ploy...bark commands in lieu of overpowering hin to handcuff him and as long as he does not comply with our commands, BEAT THE HELL OUT OF HIM. This guy is no threat to the Officers whatsoever...he didnt deserve to be beat like a slave. Its OPEN SEASON on Black men apparently...all white cops taking abusing their authority when they get a chance to arrest a black man...Worse, look at the pattern...ever seen a group of black cops do this to a white citizen anywhere in America? This is evidence of invisible racism and hate...some how this will stop.
