This should be a requirement in EVERY State! The proposal wouldnt impose extra costs for schools because the questions are available on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security website, and individual schools would decide how to implement the test. Instead of passing unnecessary I.D. laws they should require that you need to pass the same test before you can vote. I have a pretty good idea which group of voters would have difficulty passing it.
