This shoulder problem is blowing my mind. It doesnt hurt to lift overhead, nor does it hurt to push or pull. It only hurts in transition, like getting the weight (barbell or dumbbell) into position. It especially hurts when lowering a barbell in a controlled fashion with an overhand grip. Pain goes from front of shoulder down into biceps sometimes to forearm. Some days are better than others and the day after a workout it feels pretty good, the next day not so much. Frustrating.
