This so reminds me of playing with Thommy Berlin over the last 15 years. He would certainly do this if it came down to it... LOL He actually dive tackled a couple guys a few shows back... LOL (So much for us mellowing with age) from my heart though I cant possibly thank him, Neal Crash Karrer and Joshua Knight enough. Each one of them is a real brother and an amazing talent alone and together they really are something special. Ive seen TONS of bands, shared the stage with many of my heroes and witnessed amazing musical performances. I am a very unusual singer and these guys really get my insane approach and actually draw it out of me and fan the flames giving me outstanding musical vehicles for my words and voice. We all dig different stuff stylistically and my tastes mostly run towards heavier fare, but as a singer Id feel very limited if I didnt get to express more than one emotion or paint my ideas in more than one color. I appreciate these guys because they can let me sing a bluesy song like the recently written puppet act then switch to a punk song with doom metal breaks and a reggae middle eight like Silence Is Compliance then punch out a super hardcore rock tune with mad changes like the newest one Run From The Light. We are delving further in every way to write this new record we are getting Jimmy Devito to produce. I just wanted to publicly show my appreciation for these dudes and also all the folks that are recently getting into us and especially all those who have supported us for years. It is really cool to be my age and doing the best work Ive ever been part of. I truly appreciate it and am stoked to be working toward getting all these new songs out to the world and to be getting out on the road again.
