This song just about says it all... and Alvin Lee is absolutely relentless. We saw this guy once at PNC Arts Center in Holmdel one brilliant summer night a bunch of years ago... and he was just as dynamic in person decades after Woodstock. Like many, I couldnt make it to Woodstock back in 1969... but we have been to the Little Town of Woodstock, N.Y., many times since, just to pay homage to this very spirit exhibited here by Alvin Lee. This Christmas... after work is all done, school is all done, running around, buying presents, wrapping, cleaning, baking, cooking is all done... find a quiet time to replay his performance... and crank it up to 11 on the old volume dial if you can... or pop on your headphones... maybe grab your favorite wine or an ice cold Rolling Rock beer... and sing along loud and clear!!!!!
