This sounds pretty okay, but there should be something for bussers too. After all, the more good people eat, the more these individuals have to clean. Its hard when, even though that individual bussing makes $7.40 an hour, a table makes a substantial mess and leaves nothing for the busser. Not saying waiters dont tip share, because a lot do, but for this system to work, everyone needs to be treated fairly. For real, bussing is hard work.
