This speech by Judge Andrew Politano is so accurate and timely. but he doesnt go far enough in explaining the fundamental essence of the problem which is: natural Law aka law of the land has been cleverly masked by something called the legal system in essence politicians and law makers have devised a way of making a Lawful act illegal for the sole purpose of extracting money from people and removing their rights. Natural law is intrinsic in us all (unless mentally incapacitated). we know that to kill is wrong , to steal is wrong, to rape is wrong because all of those actions are injurious to another human being and encroaches on their rights as a human to be left alone and enjoy their liberty in peace and so in law their has to be an injured party like a murder victim and his her family, a rape victim a victim of theft etc. Now even tough we know these acts are wrong without being told them we still have those laws proclaimed and enforced by the government/state. by comparison anything legal is not a law it is a statute which is a rule devised and created by men and women of government which makes an act even a lawful act become illegal without the explicit permission of the government an example would be the act of marriage is a wholly lawful act and has NO INJURED PARTY but at some point in time politicians of some government decided arbitrarily that there would be a rule that the act of getting married is an illegal act if carried out without obtaining permission in the form of a License there are so many examples of purely lawful acts being deemed illegal for the purpose of removing citizens rights or for the purposes of commerce namely indirect taxation of citizens these are unlawful acts by governments which are made lawful simply by citizens accepting them by consenting to them. no consent no lawful standing this is why I believe that law should be a REQUIRED part of school curriculum in all schools from as early as grade 7-8 this speech simply highlights the fact that ignorance is never bliss!
